We are unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays, any orders placed during this period will be dispatched the following business day.

The shipping fee is $6.95 within US and between $8 and $18 in the rest of world. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $80.

Yes we offer one FREE exchange for the same or other product for domestic orders. An exchange is a final purchase and cannot be returned.

Defective items MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter. To do so, please submit a return request through our returns portal and select 'Item was damaged' as the return reason. You will need to upload a photo evidencing the damaged item for the request to be approved.
